Just handing clients a report without showing them what the problem is may save the inspector time; however, it shortchanges the home-buying client. Accurate Inspections realizes taking the extra time is a necessary step to allow our clients to be informed home buyers.

Home inspections often uncover problems, hazards, and defects that must be addressed to help prevent further issues, hazards, and damage. Sometimes they are significant enough to cause our home-buying clients to pass on the home in favor of a different home. Other times our clients will either get the seller to make some of the repairs, get a full or partial credit, obtain a price reduction, or decide to buy the home anyway, knowing future corrective actions will be necessary.
