Essex County has a population of about 800,000 people. I have performed home inspections in Essex County on homes that were 200 years old to brand new. Looking around Essex County one can easily find a wide verity of home styles, ages, layouts, property sizes, and etc.

When Michael performs your Essex County home inspection he will do so putting your best interest above all others. You will be shown – hands-on – exactly what the problems are. Actually taking the extra time to let you touch the problem and show you why it is wrong does not allow the other parties to the transaction to minimize the problem. Micheal knows what problems are expensive to cure, what problems are easy to cure, and what problems are a combination of the two. Learning what the minimum standards home inspectors are required to follow is one thing, learning from over 13,000 home buyers over the past 30 + years is another whole story.

While other parties to the transaction may think problems that are only a few thousand dollars are no big deal we know the person paying the bill will have a different opinion.

Inspecting the home can seem like a treasure hunt with an ongoing effort to find the problems and troubles that are not easily found or in some cases have even been covered up. Our quest for finding problems does not end when a handful of problems are found. Michael comes early before our appointment time and explains to us the procedures on how he's gonna do the inspection. As he do his inspection, he takes pictures, show us what problems he sees, encourage us to ask questions, then explain to us how to solve the problem. He sent us a copy of the inspection report through email the same day of the inspection. We're allow to email him with follow up questions and he does answer back within few hours. He also called us to explain further if we don't understand, we'll definitely use him again next time and also recommend him to our friends and relatives!

What a guy! Mike inspected our new home yesterday and I can't say enough good things about our experience. He was so patient and kind and took the time to explain every single thing in great detail (in a way that anybody could understand). Michael was thorough and professional and identified several major issues that were not at all evident to my untrained eye. His inspection was the impetus I needed to check on the discrepancies he noted, the most major of which were unpermitted changes to the floor plan structure resulting in instability of roofing structure. Ended up not going through with purchase, and while before I was very happy my offer was accepted, I am now ecstatic that I am not stuck with what would have been a nightmare !
