Michael was an excellent inspector really making sure you know what you’re getting into. As a first time home buyer, I felt Michael had my best interest vs realtor or seller so it feels you’re truly getting an honest inspection. His teaching points throughout the inspection were helpful and gives an idea of what can be done yourself vs must be done by a certified professional (points out DIY jobs that probably shouldn’t have been DIY). Great work and for his rate I would recommend for anyone who needs a home inspection in NJ.

Michael takes his job seriously. When you speak to his office, you'll get lots of emails explaining *everything*, and will speak to them several times. They are quite flexible with timing. If you are looking at buying a house with a story, I highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable. Michael’s inspection is very thorough and his report is very detailed. Highly recommended.

Michael comes early before our appointment time and explains to us the procedures on how he's gonna do the inspection. As he do his inspection, he takes pictures, show us what problems he sees, encourage us to ask questions, then explain to us how to solve the problem. He sent us a copy of the inspection report through email the same day of the inspection. We're allow to email him with follow up questions and he does answer back within few hours. He also called us to explain further if we don't understand, we'll definitely use him again next time and also recommend him to our friends and relatives!

We hired Accurate Inspections to do an independent inspection of a house we were hoping to purchase. Was looking to sell my mom's house and wanted to know what the
state of the house was. I've had less than stellar experiences with home inspectors before. Found Accurate Inspections on the web and was impressed. Michael came out to the house (a few minutes early!) and started the inspection. Michael was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough with his inspection. He inspected EVERYWHERE and gave me a step by step rundown of everything he was doing. He gave me a preliminary written report ( in a binder ) before he left. He also emailed a detailed report to me that same evening. He has made phone calls and text follow-ups to ensure that I fully understood the information. He even stated that I could contact him in the future if I had any questions or concerns. I couldn't imagine using any other home inspection company. I'm a customer for life.

It’s my husband’s and I first time buying a home and we choose Accurate Inspections because of all the good reviews.
