Very knowledgeable. Michael’s inspection is very thorough and his report is very detailed. Highly recommended.

Michael comes early before our appointment time and explains to us the procedures on how he's gonna do the inspection. As he do his inspection, he takes pictures, show us what problems he sees, encourage us to ask questions, then explain to us how to solve the problem. He sent us a copy of the inspection report through email the same day of the inspection. We're allow to email him with follow up questions and he does answer back within few hours. He also called us to explain further if we don't understand, we'll definitely use him again next time and also recommend him to our friends and relatives!

Michael was extremely thorough. He explained all of the systems that he went over, answered all of our questions, and found a number of issues with the home that I'm sure others would have overlooked. His report was extremely detailed, and included tips on how to negotiate with the sellers. Extremely satisfied.

The amount of professionalism from the office staff to Michael himself speaks volumes. We hired Accurate Inspections to do an independent inspection of a house we were hoping to purchase. Michael showed up early to do an outdoor inspection, and when I arrived, he meticulously went through all the findings he had so far. As we toured through the house, he would point out not just findings on repairs he would suggest, but also tips on how to properly maintain particular aspects of the house. It’s my husband’s and I first time buying a home and we choose Accurate Inspections because of all the good reviews. I can say that Michael has exceeded our expectations, he took his time starting from the basement all the way up the attic. His delivery was insightful and always questioned us for questions. I appreciated that. Overall was 3 hours but as first time buyers we learned a lot about our potential home. His expertise will allowed us to be fully aware of what we need to fix/ look out for.

What a guy! Mike inspected our new home yesterday and I can't say enough good things about our experience. He was so patient and kind and took the time to explain every single thing in great detail (in a way that anybody could understand). He had us touch things and stand in certain places to show us every little part of the house, while explaining what the big things and the little things were. I felt like I was in a 4 hour science class with a favorite teacher - I took notes on every important topic and feel like I know exactly what I'm getting myself into and how to fix the problems. Michael was thorough and professional and identified several major issues that were not at all evident to my untrained eye. His inspection was the impetus I needed to check on the discrepancies he noted, the most major of which were unpermitted changes to the floor plan structure resulting in instability of roofing structure. Ended up not going through with purchase, and while before I was very happy my offer was accepted, I am now ecstatic that I am not stuck with what would have been a nightmare !
