The condo was small and we could hear the entire inspection. To be honest, as a home seller you instinctively become defensive as details of your home become apparent that you never knew existed. Mike Del Greco’s detailed explanations to the buyer were too educated for us to present any argument whatsoever. So when the time came for us to repair the issues requested by our buyer, we took the responsibility as a home owner should. Many months had passed since our sale and we were now interested in looking for a new home. We needed to decide on an inspector. We decided to choose Accurate Inspections, Inc. This decision turned out to be the best money we ever spent. Every home has a story and sometimes it is not a story you want to hear. However, since you are investing so much money in your home purchase, you NEED to hear “what lies beneath”.
