What
We Do During a New Jersey
Home Inspection
The
process of inspecting a
home is a crucial one. Many
buyers purchase their home
on impulse and find
themselves suffering from
buyers remorse upon
discovering serious flaws
in the home itself. At
Accurate Inspections, we
provide our clients with
the tools they need to make
an educated choice
regarding the quality and
condition of their
potential new home. By
hiring an experienced home
inspector who has your best
interest solely in mind,
our clients are better able
to judge the strengths and
weaknesses of the home in
which they are under
contract to buy.
All clients of Accurate
Inspections receive a
custom written report
detailing our observations,
what is wrong, why it is
wrong, what do about
it and
recommendations of useful
upgrades to the property
systems. If items are found
that are unsafe, hazardous
or require further evaluation
by an expert, the report
tells you so in plain English.
Our report is
designed to help you save
money as well provide peace
of mind in your new
investment. A copy of your
report will be sent to you
and your attorney the day
immediately following your
inspection by 1st class mail,
e-mail
and or fax. Your report will also be posted to our web site.
Our
clients receive a Home
Inspection Book which
is completed as your
inspection takes place.
Some of topics in this book
include a system by system
summary, illustrated
narrative sheets that
outline problems and
repairs as well as
maintenance guides. This
helpful book will be an
essential reference long
after your inspection
providing you with
continued value and savings.
Buying
a new home is a huge
investment. Making certain
that it is safe for your
family is the most vital
part of the inspection. At
Accurate Inspections, we
guide you through the home
inspection process so you
can rest assured that you
have improved your knowledge about your
investment and your safety.
What
to Expect at Your Home
Inspection
Upon
arrival at the property,
all areas of the home will
be thoroughly examined
including the grounds,
exterior, roof, structure,
electric, heating and air
conditioning, plumbing,
bathrooms, kitchen and
interior. Together,
the inspector and client
walk through the property
examining first hand the
condition of the home.
At this time, the strengths
and weaknesses of the
property will be pointed
out. The inspector will
give direction to the
client as to maintaining
upkeep of the systems and
infrastructure as well as
noting the corrections that
need to be made to ensure
safety. The Home Inspection
Book will be provided to
you at the conclusion of
the inspection and a
comprehensive typed narrative
report will be prepared by
the inspector himself that
evening.
