NJ Home
Inspector
Prior to becoming a New
Jersey home inspector in 1993, I had seven years experience in construction supervision and project management. As an experienced Member of the American Society of
Home Inspectors I have performed thousands of
home inspections
and I am one of the few inspectors in the state selected to teach New Jersey State
Home Inspector classes.
I practice what I teach my students, "ONLY THE HOMEBUYER IS YOUR CLIENT, NO ONE ELSE".
The purchase of a home represents the largest single investment most Americans make in their lifetime. Yet surprisingly, the majority of people still buy "on impulse," basing their selection on the aesthetic appeal of the home, rather than a knowledge of its physical condition. Sometimes this mistake is costly!
You must attend our home
inspections to see for yourself as the grounds, exterior, roof, structure, electric, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchen and interior are carefully inspected. This is the ideal time for you to learn about your new home and have your
home
inspection questions answered.
If you want a cheap home
inspection, we do not offer one! We used to when we were trying to gain experience, now we offer the best value for your money! Short term we cost more, amortized over the time you are in your home, the extra cost will be perceived as a great value.
More and more home buyers have been turning to the services of Accurate Inspections, Inc., to provide a professional
home inspector
who works for them and represents ONLY their interests. For a fee,
we will carefully examine the major systems and components of a home and report to our client on the necessary repairs and replacements.
The
process of inspecting a
home is a crucial one. Many
buyers purchase their home
on impulse and find
themselves suffering from
buyers remorse upon
discovering serious flaws
in the home itself. At
Accurate Inspections, we
provide our clients with
the tools they need to make
an educated choice
regarding the quality and
condition of their
potential new home. By
hiring an experienced home
inspector who has your best
interest solely in mind,
our clients are better able
to judge the strengths and
weaknesses of the home in
which they are under
contract to buy. We
will inspect the structure,
exterior,
roof,
plumbing,
electric,
heating,
ac,
interior
and fireplace.
All clients of Accurate
Inspections receive a
subscription to our quarterly
news letter and a custom
type written report
detailing our observations,
what is wrong, why it is
wrong, what do about
it and
recommendations of useful
upgrades to the property
systems. If items are found
that are unsafe, hazardous
or require further evaluation
by an expert, the report
tells you so in plain English.
Our report is
designed to help you save
money as well provide peace
of mind in your new
investment.
Our
clients receive a Home
Inspection Book which
is completed as your
inspection takes place.
Some of topics in this book
include a system by system
summary, illustrated
narrative sheets that
outline problems and
repairs as well as
maintenance guides. This
helpful book will be an
essential reference long
after your inspection
providing you with
continued value and savings.
We know
our clients are in a hurry
to get their typed report. By the
next morning after your
inspection we will post
your report to our web site
and or fax a copy of the
report to you and mail
copies of the report to you
and your attorney. If you
wish for friends, relatives
or contractors to see the
report you may provide them
with the custom web site
address that is written on
the first page of your Home
Inspection Book.
Buying
a new home is a huge
investment. Making certain
that it is safe for your
family is the most vital
part of the inspection. At
Accurate Inspections, we
guide you through the home
inspection process so you
can rest assured that you
have improved your knowledge about your
investment and your safety.
Please look around our site, and we look forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions we can be reached at (973) 812-5100, between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm seven days a week.
