Laundry mechanics sink not secure damaged, hints from a home inspector
Laundry mechanics sink not secure damaged : some of the old concrete tubs are very heavy and care must be taken that they not be overturned by a child swinging on the rim. Many of the concrete tubs are cracked and leak. Cracked tubs can often be sealed with caulk. Loose sinks must be secured to the wall. It may be necessary to remove the sink temporarily to reattach the hanger bracket, if there is one. Contact a plumbing contractor for assistance if necessary.
