Laundry chute, hints from a home inspector
Laundry chute: this item is entered to let you know of the availability of a laundry chute on the property. No testing is done of the laundry chute. Be aware that small children can fall through the chute. Keep access doors latched at all times if small children are around. Used often, the chute should stay relatively clean.

Water pressure too low or high
