I taught the New Jersey State required home inspector licensing classes for several years and I am is one of the very few New Jersey Home Inspectors who will work for you (our client) to make sure the components of your home perform as you expect them to.

NJ home inspectors can be licensed with as little as three weeks of class room training and just one week of field training. Less experienced home inspectors may charge less while they learn their trade at your expense. Licensing is a minimum qualification. If you wish for friends, relatives or contractors to see your home inspection report you may provide them with the custom web site address that is written on the first page of your Home Inspection Book.
