Outside combustion air available to fireplace: An "outside air
kit" is a duct system which allows fireplaces, and the like, to
receive oxygen to support the combustion process. Without an outside
air kit the flame can use up the oxygen within a room. This is
especially true in today's closed and tight houses and in smaller
buildings such as mobile homes. Open a window or two when using a
fireplace or wood burning stove which does not have an outside air duct
