Electronic air cleaner humidifier: The operational characteristics of the air cleaner or the humidifier are not tested. Visual problems will be reported if they are noted. Please refer to the owner of the property for operation and maintenance needs for these units. Humidifiers must be kept properly adjusted and cleaned to prevent buildup of mold and spores due to excessive moisture in the duct work.
