Prior to becoming a home inspector in 1993, I had seven years experience in construction supervision and project management. As an experienced Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors I have performed thousands of home inspections and I am one of the few inspectors in the state selected to teach New Jersey State Home Inspector classes.
I practice what I teach my students, "ONLY THE HOMEBUYER IS YOUR CLIENT, NO ONE ELSE".
The purchase of a home represents the largest single investment most Americans make in their lifetime. Yet surprisingly, the majority of people still buy "on impulse," basing their selection on the aesthetic appeal of the home, rather than a knowledge of its physical condition. Sometimes this mistake is costly!
You must attend our inspections to see for yourself as the grounds, exterior, roof, structure, electric, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchen and interior are carefully inspected. This is the ideal time for you to learn about your new home and have your questions answered.
If you want a cheap inspection, we do not offer one! We used to when we were trying to gain experience, now we offer the best value for your money! Short term we cost more, amortized over the time you are in your home, the extra cost will be perceived as a great value.
More and more home buyers have been turning to the services of Accurate Inspections, Inc., to provide a professional home inspector who works for them and represents ONLY their interests. For a fee, the OWNER of the firm will carefully examine the major systems and components of a home and report to our client on the necessary repairs and replacements.
During the home inspection I will customize a home inspection manual for you. I will type up the hand written comments, post them to our web site and mail or FAX them out to you the next day. Copies will be sent to your attorney and (if you wish) to your realtor at no additional charge.
