Damaged AC coils





Damaged AC coils may need to be repaired or replaced. Inspectors often see condenser radiator fins heavily damaged by persons standing on them or by other contact, especially those units placed near ground level. Blocked radiators lessen the efficiency of the unit. Keep bushes trimmed back and personal items away from the unit.
