Circulating hot water pump, hints from a home inspector home inspectors
Circulating hot water pump: this is a convenience that allows an almost instant hot water supply at all faucets. Hot water is constantly being circulated through the pipes and back to the water heater keeping the water hot at all times. It is recommended that you oil the bearings on these pumps at regular intervals, if it is required. Adopt a good monitoring and maintenance program to extend the life of the circulating pump.
