ALKALINE SOIL CORROSIVE SOIL home inspectors
ALKALINE SOIL CORROSIVE SOIL (possibility exhibited):
Properties with alkaline (or otherwise corrosive) soils are common The
major concern for the property owner is to not allow excessive water
against the foundation. Wet alkaline soil will damage concrete
foundations and stucco siding. Keep moisture at a minimum around the
building foundation The inspector checks soil types by sampling only the
top one or two inches. The importance of the soil type found at greater
depths may be significant. Since soils so profoundly affect structures
resting upon them you are advised to consult with a Geotechnical
Engineer or other soils expert before taking possession of the property.

It would be foolish to assume all New Jersey Real Estate Lawyers are the same. Each has vastly different levels of experience, education, temperament and personality. It is wise to spend some time selecting your New Jersey Real Estate Lawyer when you first begin looking for a home. Many home buyers sign a real estate contract and then feel pressured to immediately find an attorney to represent them as they are told (correctly) the real estate contract they sign is binding after three days unless the contract is rejected or modified. A competent and experienced New Jersey Real Estate Lawyer knows what can and can not be changed in the contract and exactly how to go about negotiating the changes you may require or desire. Property title must be reviewed as must the survey and loan commitment documents. Click for more information about Real Estate Law or about Home Inspection Books
