One copy of our report will be delivered at the time the inspection is performed, all hand written comments will be typed posted to our web site and mailed or faxed to you the next business day. We will mail a copy of the report and typed addendum to your Realtor (if you wish) and attorney (no charge). We are licensed by the State of New Jersey to place and retrieve radon testing devices. Wood destroying insect certificates may be provided or scheduled through our office for your convenience.

We realize buyers are most concerned about the structure, roof, heating systems and a dry basement. We take these areas into account and are readily able to help evaluate any other areas that concern you. As independent professionals we assist you by keeping things in perspective.
