Ironically, we were first introduced to Mike Del Greco when we were the SELLERS of our home and the buyer brought him along to conduct a pre-purchase inspection. The condo was small and we could hear the entire inspection. To be honest, as a home seller you instinctively become defensive as details of your home become apparent that you never knew existed.
