Prior to starting Accurate Inspections, Michael worked as a construction manager where he coordinated the construction of single and multi-family homes as well as construction and renovation of commercial and industrial buildings. What We Do

All clients of Accurate Inspections are encouraged to attend their NJ Certified home inspection, they also receive a subscription to our quarterly news letter and a custom type written report detailing our observations, what is wrong, why it is wrong, what do about it and recommendations of useful upgrades to the property systems. If items are found that are unsafe, hazardous or require further evaluation by an expert, the report tells you so in plain English.  Our report is designed to help you save money as well provide peace of mind in your new investment.  We also provide radon measurement, test well water and provide PWTA tests.  

Our clients receive a home Inspection Book which is completed as your inspection takes place.  Some of topics in this book include a system by system summary, illustrated narrative sheets that outline problems and repairs as well as maintenance guides. This helpful book will be an essential reference long after your inspection providing you with continued value and savings. 

We know our clients are in a hurry to get their typed report. By the next morning after your inspection we will post your home inspection report to our web site and or fax a copy of your home inspection  report to you and mail copies of the report to you and your attorney. If you wish for friends, relatives or contractors to see your home inspection report you may provide them with the custom web site address that is written on the first page of your Home Inspection Book.

Let's put things in perspective: If you're buying a $350,000 house and the inspection fee is $600, that's .172% of the cost of the house!  The cost of a New Jersey home inspection is a bargain! If the inspection turns up little wrong with the house (few do), you've bought some relatively inexpensive peace of mind.   If the inspection finds serious problems (most do), then the few hundred dollars you invest in our home inspection could end up saving you many thousands of dollars.
