ACCESS IMPAIRED: 
The inspector indicates that complete inspection of a particular area was not possible. Be aware that heavily insulated attic areas are not traversed. Damp under floor areas are not traversed. Crawling in water or damp areas is extremely dangerous since electric wires often are lying in these areas. under floor framing which is too close to the ground and pipes and ducts blocking passage often prevent complete review of attics and sub-areas. Should access be available at a later date feel free to call the inspector back for reinspection. There may be a charge for this additional service.
