WOOD BORING OR OTHER INSECTS
/ RODENTS / BIRDS POSSIBLE:
The inspector often notices mouse or rat control
devices in attics. Often woodpeckers will have
drilled holes in wood sidings or wood shingles.
Sometimes there will be evidence of roaches or
other undesirable tenants within the building.
Sometimes wasps or active beehives may be
present. In some cases the inspector will note
damage to framing members by wood boring
insects. It may be necessary to contact a Pest
Control Company to eradicate the problem
"tenants." Often you can do it
yourself with sprays or other devices.
