REVIEW BY QUALIFIED LICENSED CONTRACTOR ADVISED
The inspection process is an initial survey designed to bring forth information which may lead to the need of further studies by specialists. The inspector feels that it is in your best interests to have the structure and/or foundation reviewed, and repaired if and as needed, by a qualified contractor specific to the need, or a Civil or Structural Engineer as soon as possible. Generally other lines will have been checked which should help indicate the condition of the structure.

Home Inspector Home Inspection

When looking for a NJ Real Estate Lawyer many home buyers seek the advice of an experienced independent New Jersey home inspector because they realize NJ Real Estate Lawyers and independent New Jersey home inspectors are among the select few people involved in the real estate transaction who do not get paid only if the deal gets done. Commission based services such as real estate sales and mortgage brokers only get paid when a transaction closes. If the transaction does not close they spent their time and effort working for nothing at all. While many home buyers are not happy to have to pay for the services of NJ Real Estate Lawyers and independent New Jersey home inspectors when a deal does not close most realize doing so is a small cost compared to buying a home with problems they did not know about in advance and are now stuck paying for repairs on. Like lawyers good independent home inspectors put the interest of their client first, less than ethical professionals put future referrals from those getting commissions when the sale goes through first.
