OPENING ONLY:
The inspector will have checked this item if
limited space, excessive moisture, or hazardous
circumstances under the building prevented
physical access. The inspector will have closely
observed anything within view of the crawl hole
or access opening and will try to see as much as
possible from each foundation vent.
Unfortunately the inspector will not be able to
report on things he or she cannot see. There are
several implications here. Please feel
