SUB AREA PARTIALLY TRAVERSED: 
The inspector will have checked this item if he or she was able to traverse the sub-area or under-floor crawl area only partially. The sub-area may be wet preventing the inspector from safely moving about. The area may have low headroom or heavy sub-floor bracing preventing the inspector from moving about. Heating, air-conditioning ducts, water pipes and drains may not allow the inspector full access. There may be other limiting factors not mentioned here.
