UNEXPECTED
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE: General repairs and
maintenance, and a budget to carry out such
unforeseen fortuities, is a must with property
ownership. Additionally, many problems and/or
adverse conditions may go undetected by the
inspector in the performance of the Visual
Inspection Service. Set aside at least $500 for
a five year budget for each bathroom. Unexpected
repairs seem to surface when we least expect
them. This budget will help repair leaky pipes,
blocked drains, faucet repairs, water closet
repairs, paint repairs, flooring repairs, etc
