NO VENTILATION
NO VENTILATION (EXHAUST FAN
OR OPENABLE WINDOW
RECOMMENDED): In today's new, tighter
houses, there is great need for a bathroom fan.
Windows in bathrooms are often nonexistent, or
are kept closed. The moisture within the
bathroom will eventually peel the paint, loosen
wallpaper, soften wallboard, or cause mold and
mildew. Fresh air passing through the bathroom
has an obvious desirable effect also. Because of
the amount of moisture involved in a bathroom
setting, it is a virtual must to have some sort
of ventilation. Either a fan or window should be
installed. It is recommended that you contact a
General Contractor should you desire one of
these modifications.
