MEDICINE
CABINET LOOSE / DAMAGED / AMISS / MISSING:
Medicine cabinet problems are varied. Loose
doors, cracked mirrors, broken or missing
shelves, rusted out frames, not secured to the
wall, etc. are some of the problems inspectors
find. Our concern is that the medicine cabinet,
or parts of it, may fall, possibly causing
personal injury. Most medicine cabinets are so
inexpensive that replacement is recom- mended as
a remedy for badly damaged ones. Loose cabinets
can usually be secured by installing screws into
the wall frame on each side of the cabinet.
Holes are usually provided on the inside sides
of the medicine cabinet. Should you need
assistance it is recommended that you call on
the services of a General Contractor or Handyman
Service.
