TUB DRAIN ACCESS NOT AVAILABLE/ ACCESS NOT OPENED (HYDRO TUB / REGULAR TUB): Almost all bath tubs placed on concrete slab floors and/or floors above the first floor should have some sort of access door or plate built into the wall behind the tub faucets and drain. Many times the access plate will be on an outside wall. A drain access for a regular bathtub may not have been required if the drain is constructed of plastic pipe with glued fittings. If a tub sits on a floor with a crawl space underneath, the crawl space usually will provide sufficient access. Hydro-tubs (tubs with electric pumps, etc.) must have access to the
Tub overflow cover missing.

Shower drain screws missing.
screw has usable threads to attach to, and if a proper cover can be found. Loose overflow covers can usually be tightened simply by tightening the hold down screws. Be aware that these screws may have stripped threads. If you need assistance you may wish to call on a Plumbing Contractor. He may have an original cover in stock which will readily remedy the situation.
