UNEXPECTED REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:
General repairs and maintenance, and a budget to carry out such
unforeseen fortuities, is a must with property ownership. Additionally,
many problems and/or adverse conditions may go undetected by the
inspector in the performance of the Visual Inspection Service. It would
be wise to budget at least $200.00 per year for five years to cover
fence, sprinkler, vegetation, and other landscape problems which may
surface.
