ACCESS IMPAIRED:
"Access Impaired" means that for one reason or another one or
more areas or components could not be inspected. Examples are: objects
leaning against the building preventing full review of the siding or
other components, utilities not on, work in progress by builders,
unfriendly animals, a locked area or section of the site, etc. Often
shrubs will hide sections of fencing and/or the building disallowing
full inspection and significant defects will go unnoticed The inspector
cannot review or report on hidden defects. You are advised to have the
area fully inspected before purchasing the property A reinspection may
be necessary. Call for reinspection when the access problem has been
cleared or when utilities are turned on. There may be a charge for the
reinspection.
