110 / 120 VOLT EXTERIOR LIGHT SYSTEMS AND OUTLETS:
The lighting system throughout the interior of the house and the porch
lights are almost always 110/120 volt (line voltage) systems. O6c refers
to those lighting systems found in the yard and used in the landscape
This would also include lighting for walks and driveways or any lights
not fastened to the building or its connecting structures The wiring for
these systems should be in appropriate conduit or wired tion will cover
all aspects of post lights should you desire to order that service Metal
post lights may be corroded at the ground, wiring and/or conduits to the
light, being underground, may be deteriorated, wood post lights may be
rotted or if covered with stucco or other siding, may be rotted
internally and not be noted by the inspector. These potentially damaging
situations should be reviewed from time to time by an Electrical
Contractor.
