LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTS
Low-voltage "Malibu" type yard lights with wire suitable for
direct burial. Cutting into the wiring with a shovel or other garden
tool can easily electrocute an individual The electrical connections of
these systems must never be exposed to weather or water. Check the light
system often for loose cases or enclosures and conduit connections.
Anything loose on the light fixture can become a potential problem.
Check for loose or missing gaskets at the base of bulbs and replace as
needed Exterior electric outlets should have caps which screw on or lids
which shut tightly. The lids should have gaskets to keep water and dirt
out of the outlet The outlet face plate also should have a gasket behind
it. If there is no gasket water and dirt could get into the outlet box
and cause corrosion or a short circuit Exterior outlets should always be
the type which is protected from ground faults although they are
not always required. Grounded outlets are often installed but are of no
value unless grounded 3 prong cords are used. Many newer electric power
tools are double shielded and do not have a grounding prong on their
plugs. These units usually have plastic cases and are safe, if kept dry
and used properly.

New Jersey Real Estate Attorney selection is something many home buyers leave to others. Selecting your New Jersey Real Estate attorney is simply too important to delegate to anyone who does not have your best interest as their priority. Many times having an experienced professional who clearly represents your interests clearly exceeds your investment (the attorneys fee). Many home buyers make the mistakes of picking the cheapest attorney, attorneys who have little experience in real estate or attorneys who are known to be part of the real estate transaction team to help push the deal along. Spending an hour or two choosing the most experienced New Jersey Real Estate attorney you can find will be time well spent.
