WOOD / VINYL FENCE:
Of all the fence types wood fences are easiest to erect and are
relatively inexpensive. However, they often require more maintenance
than most other types of fences. Vinyl fences are easy to erect and
require little maintenance. Wood fence slats can come loose, the posts
can rot, they can blow over in high winds, and if not constructed of
proper materials, can invite termites or other wood boring insects to
your yard. Vinyl has none of these potential problems but may snap or
bend if climbed on or if excess pressure is exerted upon the runners and
slats Usually vinyl and wood posts are set in concrete and are sturdy
Sometimes, however, they are set in the ground without concrete and may
become loose. It would be best, when this is the case, to dig around the
post and dump a bag of ready-mixed concrete (available at any Lumber
Yard or Building Supply Outlet) around the post. The concrete should be
mixed with water, but some fence installers will simply dump the dry mix
around the post, tamp it down, and let the ground water harden it. Use
this same technique when replacing a post also Walk your fence line
every three months, or so, and after any heavy rain or wind and hammer
down any loose nails and check for leaning or loose posts Vinyl fences
parts may be obsolete when needed so it might be a good idea to stock up
on extra parts while they are available.

Prior to signing a contract to purchase a home it is vital you find and use a NJ Real Estate Lawyer Although many lawyers try to represent clients in real estate transactions there are a select few who do it well. Real estate lawyers who handle real estate transactions are good at it because they do it day after day. They are not the real estate lawyers who advertise a low price because the can not afford to give top level service away However, when an unusual situation comes up during your real estate deal odds are an experienced New Jersey Real Estate Lawyer had the same or a similar situation before and knows just what to do. Hiring an experienced home inspector has the same benefit, when something unusual comes up they are much more likely to know what to tell you in order for you to negotiate better.
