STUCCO OR EIFS COATED FENCE:
This type fence is not uncommon in the Southwestern United States It is
a substantial system if posts and/or footings are properly installed
Properly built and maintained, this type fence should last as long as
the building it may be surrounding or connected to Check often for
cracks, especially cracks on top of the fence, which may allow water to
enter the interior portion of the fence Caulk or seal cracks immediately
to prevent dry rot to the internal wood frame.
