LINE VOLTAGE YARD LIGHT(S) / POST LIGHT(S) INOPERATIVE / NEED
MAINTENANCE / REPAIRS:
Line voltage (110/120 volt) lighting problems usually are traced to bad
bulbs or switches or loose connections within the light unit itself. If
the problem is not a bulb, and is in the wiring circuit or conduit, it
may be more serious and could be hazardous. Loose connections or
bad switches in line voltage lighting can be repaired by property
owners, but the individual must have some experience with electricity or
should purchase one of the many handbooks on residential wiring.
Commercial wiring repairs should not be attempted by property owners
Parts may be available at Lighting Stores or Building Supply Outlets

Prior to signing a contract to purchase a home it is vital you find and use a NJ Real Estate Lawyer Although many lawyers try to represent clients in real estate transactions there are a select few who do it well. Real estate lawyers who handle real estate transactions are good at it because they do it day after day. They are not the real estate lawyers who advertise a low price because the can not afford to give top level service away However, when an unusual situation comes up during your real estate deal odds are an experienced New Jersey Real Estate Lawyer had the same or a similar situation before and knows just what to do. Hiring an experienced home inspector has the same benefit, when something unusual comes up they are much more likely to know what to tell you in order for you to negotiate better.
