03d OTHER RETAINING WALL / BULKHEAD MATERIALS:
The inspector enters this item when he encounters a retaining wall or seawall which is constructed in an unusual manner. This may include metal poles, vinyl or vinyl clad panels, fiberglass or metal panels, cables, interlocking concrete bars (which are becoming increasingly popular and are very effective), etc The inspector will review this type retaining wall for moderate to major deterioration and for moderate to major movement. The ability of the retaining wall to withstand forces applied upon it cannot be ascertained by the inspection company. Complete certainty of the abilities of any retaining wall would require the excavation and demolition of the retaining wall itself.

Prior to signing a contract to purchase a home it is vital you find and use a NJ Real Estate Lawyer Although many lawyers try to represent clients in real estate transactions there are a select few who do it well. Real estate lawyers who handle real estate transactions are good at it because they do it day after day. They are not the real estate lawyers who advertise a low price because the can not afford to give top level service away However, when an unusual situation comes up during your real estate deal odds are an experienced New Jersey Real Estate Lawyer had the same or a similar situation before and knows just what to do. Hiring an experienced home inspector has the same benefit, when something unusual comes up they are much more likely to know what to tell you in order for you to negotiate better.
