SANDY SOIL

01h SANDY SOIL (possibility exhibited):
Undisturbed, sandy soils generally are of little concern. Sandy soils tend to expand and contract less than other soils and thereby cause less damage to buildings and foundations The inspector checks soil types by sampling only the top one or two inches. The importance of the soil type found at greater depths may be significant. Since soils so profoundly affect structures resting upon them you are advised to consult with a Geotechnical Engineer or other soils expert before taking possession of the property.

Finding an experienced NJ Real Estate Attorney should be a priority for any home buyer. Many ask real estate agents for referrals however one must keep in mind unethical real estate agents have been known to send clients to those who get deals done rather than those who carefully go over every detail. I do not know about you but when I buy I house I want the best NJ Real Estate Attorney I can afford representing me and my interests every step of the way. When I buy a home I am more concerned about how well my attorney represents my interests than if the deal closes on time or if issues come up that take effort to cure.
