COMPLETE REVIEW BY QUALIFIED GEOLOGIST AND/OR SOILS ENGINEER ADVISED:
The inspection process is an initial survey designed to bring forth
information which may lead to the need of further studies by
specialists. The inspector feels that it is in your best interests to
have the grounds and surrounding areas evaluated by a Geologist or Soils
Engineer before taking possession of the property. Generally other lines
will have been entered which should help indicate the condition of the
grounds and the reason for this further evaluation.
